Refund policy

30-day returns

We accept returns of any product within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, products must be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

How to return

Email hello@mykova.co.uk with your order number and the product or products you would like to return.
We will reply with your prepaid return label and instructions.
Send the products back, well packed, within 14 days of telling us you want to return them.

Returns are free: we will send you a prepaid return label, so sending your products back costs you nothing.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we will refund you to your original payment method within 14 days.

If a returned product has been used or handled beyond what is needed to check it, we may reduce your refund to reflect its lost value, as permitted by law.

Faulty or incorrect products

If your product arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, email us at hello@mykova.co.uk with your order number and a photo. We will cover the return cost and offer a replacement or a full refund.
