1. About us
mykova.co.uk (the "Site") is operated by Mary Geoise LLC, trading as KOVA ("KOVA", "we", "us", "our"), a limited liability company formed in Wyoming, United States (filing ID 2026-001956514), with its registered address at 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #35116, Casper, WY 82609, United States. These Terms apply to every visit to the Site and every order placed through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
2. Using the Site
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to interfere with its security or operation, or copy, scrape or resell any part of it.
3. Where we sell
We currently sell and deliver to customers in the United Kingdom and the United States.
4. Products and prices
We take care to show our products as accurately as possible, although colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) for UK customers and in US dollars (USD) for US customers. The price you see is the final price, all taxes included, and delivery is free. There is nothing extra to pay, either at checkout or on delivery.
We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
5. Orders
When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging it. This does not yet mean your order is accepted. A contract between you and us is formed when we email you to confirm your order has been dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.
6. Payment
Payment is taken securely at checkout through our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
7. Delivery
Delivery is covered in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the products passes to you when they are delivered to you or to someone you have nominated.
8. Returns and your right to cancel
You can return products within 30 days of delivery, as set out in our Refund Policy.
For UK customers, this is in addition to your legal right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery.
9. Faulty products
If a product arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us at hello@mykova.co.uk and we will put it right with a replacement or a refund.
For UK customers, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided "as is" and we make no warranties beyond those set out in these Terms or required by law.
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these Terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not foreseeable, or for business losses, as our products are sold for personal use only. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law, and nothing in these Terms affects rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived under the laws of the place where you live.
11. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including the KOVA name, wordmark, images and text, belongs to Mary Geoise LLC or its licensors. You may not use it without our written permission.
12. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
14. Governing law
- UK customers: these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of your home nation.
- US customers: these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and subject to any consumer protection laws of your state of residence that cannot be waived.
