Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses across the United Kingdom and the United States.

Delivery times

Orders are delivered within 5 to 10 working days of being placed. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Free delivery

Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

No extra charges

The price you see is the final price, all taxes included. There is nothing extra to pay, either at checkout or on delivery.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details.

Delayed or missing parcels

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days, email us at hello@mykova.co.uk with your order number. We will investigate with our carrier and, if your parcel is lost, we will send a replacement or give you a full refund.
